San Francisco Daily Court Run, only $150.00 per month.
We will check in with your office by phone, fax, email, instant messenger, SMS text message, or even in person, once each day, between 10:00AM and 12:00PM.
We will file or deliver your documents to the Civic Center area courts at no additional cost. The courts included are San Francisco Superior Court, USDC, and City Hall.
This service is limited to one trip per day to the civic center area, and this offer applies only to offices within San Francisco.
After filing your documents we will, upon request, scan your endorsed copies in to our computer system, saving you time and money on research and copying fees in the future.
Signing up is easy! Give us a call and we will fax you our agreement form. Simply sign it and fax it back to us, and you are all set! Your service will begin as soon as we receive payment.
Notices: $50.00 for up to 5 tenants, first-class mailing included. Additional tenants $5.00/each. Served SAME DAY, guaranteed, if received by 5:00PM
Upon receiving your notice, we log it in to our system, prepare the copies and a Field Sheet for our process server, the first-class mailings, and put them out for service.
Our process server will serve your notice that very evening and drop the mailings off in a USPS mailbox after completing the service, regardless of it being personally served, substitute served, or posted.
The following business day we will receive the process server's completed Field Sheet giving us the time and manner of service, we will prepare a detailed proof of service and mail it to you that day.
We will fax or email you the proof of service and thereafter mail the original, upon request.
Upon request we can provide photographic evidence that your notice was posted. Pictures by email only.
Summons and Complaints (including Unlawful Detainer and USDC), Subpoenas, Family Law, and most other documents: $50.00 for the first attempt, $20.00 for each additional attempt. Served within 3-5 business days, guaranteed. First attempt within one business day every time.
Upon receiving your documents, we log it in to our system, prepare any necessary copies, and a Field Sheet for our Process Server. The service is picked up by the Process Server the same day.
The next business day after service or Due Diligence has been completed, your proof of service, or declaration of diligence, is prepared, signed, and mailed to you.
We will fax or email you the proof of service upon request.
We prepare and execute all mailings for substitute services the same day we prepare the proof of service.
Small Claims: $50.00 for the first attempt, $20.00 for each additional attempt. First attempt within 24 hours every time.
Upon receiving your Plaintiff's Claim, we log it in to our system, prepare any necessary copies, and a Field Sheet for our Process Server. The service is picked up by the process server the same day.
Most Small Claims services can be effected on the first attempt, however we will make one attempt per day as needed until personal or substitute service is completed.
The next business day after service has been completed, your proof of service will be prepared, signed, and mailed to you.
We will fax or email you the proof of service upon request.
Deliveries and Court Filings: Pick up and Deliver or File in San Francisco for $50.00 FLAT.
Deliveries limited to ONE Banker's Box. Each additional box is $10.00.
Deliveries and filings performed the same day if the request is placed by 1:00PM.
We will advance up to $50.00 for filing or copying fees as needed.

Court Research: $50.00 per hour.
Research completed within 1 business day, unless your file needs to be ordered from the Superior Court's Document Warehouse.
We scan the documents you request for research in to our computer system, saving you from this hassle in the future.
We will advance up to $50.00 for court fees.
Stake Outs: $50.00 per hour in addition to the cost of service of process.
Our experienced process servers will stay attentive and watch for any signs of the Servee arriving or departing their work or residence.
Many lawyers and individuals representing themselves find that this is just what it takes when the opposing party is avoiding service.
The more information you can provide for us regarding your servee, the more effective this service is to you. Pictures are especially helpful, as we will know exactly who to look for.
No minimum number of hours. Maximum wait time at this price is 4 hours per day. If you need more than that, please contact our office to make arrangements.
Our prices are open to negotiations, particularly with high volume of services. We invite you to make us an offer. Given a high volume of service, we will work with you.
Prices are subject to change, but will never change mid-service or without prior warning. All invoices are due upon receipt. We advance fees up to $50.00 only. We accept cash, check, money order, cashier's check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Bounced checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. You may request a copy of an invoice, verification of received payment, or a summary statement of all unpaid invoices at any time.
